What we do

Purees:

Produced as naturally as possible in our dedicated BRC AA Grade processing facility, using minimal processing and no added ingredients. Our range of purees retain the exceptional colour, flavour and nutritional values of fruits they are made from.

Freshly harvested fruit is sieved, pasteurised, cooled and packed.

Available as:

• pasteurised or unpasteurised
• With or without seed
• Aseptic – 12 Months Shelf Life , 20Kg BIB or 200Kg Drums
• Frozen – 18 Months Shelf Life, 21Kg Pails or 10Kg Waxed cartons

IQF:

We offer summer berries all year round. We offer the full range with no compromise on quality
Freshly harvested fruit is rapidly frozen in our onsite freezer, inspected and packed into lined cardboard boxes or plastic pails.

Available as:

• 10Kg lined boxes or 20kg Pails

Natural Flavours:

We produce some of the best natural flavours available in the market place.

Available as:

• 20kg, 1000l IBCs, or any other quantities in between
